We provide however few or many of our services at no extra charge:
- Inexpensive, temporary or long term in-home health care that fits the needs of you or your loved ones, 24 hours, 7 days a week, providing an environment that is safe and secure.
- Special attention: we send holiday cards to all clients, clients without family are invited over for holiday celebration
- Assistance in personal hygiene: bathing, toileting, dressing (select clothing if needed), grooming, or transport to a favorite hairdresser.
- All housekeeping: beds changed, dusting, moping, vacuuming, dishes, laundry (even if client does not own a washer and dryer), we are unlimited in what we do to keep the home clean and safe. We even cut grass and plant flowers and vegetables if desired.
- Prepare meals: breakfast, lunch, supper, snacks or transport out to a favorite restaurant. (If our client is on a strict diet, physician’s orders are followed.)
- Medication reminders and monitoring: set up medications weekly, range of motion or physical therapy (as directed by client’s healthcare team)
- Assistance with all activities of daily living: walking, hygiene, feeding, grooming, dressing, and anything else that is performed daily
- Companionship: enables your loved one to discuss life experiences or concerns they are unable to express to family. We are always considered one of the family as we are a big part of our clients’ lives.
- Transport and escort: to appointments, religious services and events, family events, visit friends, and other outings
- Family support: family education on diseases and procedures; phone line available 24/7 for problems, emergencies, or issues that needs to be discussed or tended to by Sarah’s Helping Hands LLC; family is not left out of the care of their loved one or left without a lifeline of their own.
- Encourage independence: allow client to perform as much of all tasks as they are able
- Shopping: assistance to grocery or clothing store or grocery drop off service
